Engineering Manager - C/.Net

Role Overview: You will work closely with the Product management team to ensure alignment of business objectives. Providing technical guidance throughout the product life cycle, including design, implementation, and delivery phases. Your responsibilities will include overseeing activities of direct reports to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enable successful integration and adoption, providing clear and concise expectations to engineering teams and stakeholders. Staying abreast of tools, technologies, and industry developments relevant to the work of the teams. Partnering with peers in Engineering Management to achieve the goals outlined in the overall strategy and roadmaps. Delivering high-quality features, seeking continuous improvement, and enabling rapid execution of the roadmap. Being accountable for the overall delivery of the project by proactively de-risking challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Product management team for business objectives alignment - Provide technical guidance throughout the product life cycle - Oversee activities of direct reports to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful integration and adoption - Provide clear and concise expectations to engineering teams and stakeholders - Stay updated on tools, technologies, and industry developments - Partner with peers in Engineering Management to achieve outlined goals - Deliver high-quality features, seek continuous improvement, and enable rapid execution - Be accountable for the overall project delivery by proactively de-risking challenges Qualification Required: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience - Minimum of 10-12 years of industry experience with at least 3 years of hands-on technical management - Experience in building products with frontend technologies such as React/Angular, GraphQL, and backend technologies like .NET/C#, hosted on Azure/AWS - Experience in building cloud-native SaaS applications, well-versed in the API ecosystem, and proficient in engineering best practices, software quality, continuous development, and DevOps principles - Proficiency in Agile project management from planning to execution - Exposure to working with cross-cultural and globally distributed teams, ensuring transparency and setting stakeholder expectations through clear and concise communication - Comfortable navigating uncertainties and guiding teams effectively with a purpose-driven and collaborative personality - Pride in setting up engineers for success through proper guidance and career planning activities - Possess high leadership qualities focused on trust, transparency, and empathy to build a highly successful and quality team (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
