Engineering Manager

As an experienced engineering manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the technical execution of projects while providing effective leadership, ensuring compliance with standards, and offering support to various departments. Your role will require a hands-on approach to technical leadership, project management, team oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. In the realm of technical leadership, you will lead and mentor the technical team in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. It will be crucial to oversee the adoption of new technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions to meet project requirements effectively. Your duties related to project leadership will involve planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. You will manage project resources, timelines, and risks while communicating progress to stakeholders. Team management and technical oversight will require you to provide clear direction and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring technical accuracy, code quality, and adherence to architectural principles through regular reviews and guidance. Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for projects and processes and ensuring compliance with internal standards, industry best practices, and legal or regulatory requirements will fall under technical documentation and process compliance. Collaborating with the Business Development (BD) department to provide technical insights and support during client engagements, proposals, and solution design, as well as assisting HR in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of technical staff, will be your areas of support to BD & HR departments. For this role, you must have hands-on experience in full-stack development, proficiency in cloud management, in-depth understanding of mobile application development, proficiency in AI integration, strong knowledge of deployment & DevOps, deep understanding of architecture design, proven experience in live product management, demonstrated ability in team leadership, track record of product development, capability in technical training, expertise in development methodologies, emphasis on code quality & review, knowledge of security best practices, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.,
