Purpose

Engineering Manager – AI

Key Result Areas and Activities

• AI/ML Solution Design and Deployment:

  Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models using cloud-native platforms. Apply supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and

  Generative AI

  (e.g., LLMs, agentic workflows) techniques to solve industry-specific challenges. Ensure alignment of technical approaches with business requirements, industry best practices, and enterprise goals

• Project Leadership and Execution:

  Manage end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment. Oversee the delivery of high-impact data science projects across various industries. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into technical roadmaps. Drive execution through Agile methodologies and cross-functional coordination

• Collaboration with Data Engineering and MLOps:

  Work closely with data engineering teams to build optimized data pipelines using

  Delta Lake

  and

  Spark

  . Lead the implementation of

  MLOps

  practices for CI/CD, model versioning, automated testing, and monitoring. Enable production-grade AI systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable

• Insights Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  Translate technical insights into impactful visualizations and narratives for business leaders. Present findings and model outcomes through dashboards, reports, and executive presentations. Champion the adoption of AI by clearly communicating value, risks, and ROI

• Innovation and Thought Leadership:

  Drive continuous innovation within Infocepts’ AI/ML capabilities through R&D and PoCs. Share knowledge through internal forums, white papers, and tech talks. Contribute to the enhancement of AI offerings, tools, and accelerators

• Strong proficiency in

Qualifications
