• 15+ years of experience in QA Testing with Selenium, Java / C# skills.
• Experience on People Management, Test Management, Stakeholder Management in all critical situations.
• Should be able to guide Leads, Seniors, Juniors in Agile model.
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently as well as part of the team, result oriented.
• Should be able share various metrics, daily reports, weekly reports to management.
• Experience in JIRA Management, very clear understanding on defect life cycle.
• Experience of testing within an Agile environment, adapting quickly to changing situations
• Proven track record of testing complex global applications and tools.
• In-depth experience of test strategy, test planning, analysis, and scripting. Define test methods and create test plan ensuring software quality at all stages of the life cycle.
• Defining quality gates as needed.
• Leading testing efforts, execution, and reporting, across multiple concurrent projects
• Working knowledge of QA/test frameworks, e.g. Selenium, Cucumber
• Extensive knowledge on Automation Framework, should have working experience in implementing various frameworks.
• Responsibilities will include monitoring application performance and identify opportunities to optimize the application.
• Any knowledge on Insurance domain in added advantage.
• Prior exposure to BDD (Behavioral Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development) is nice to have.
• Playwright and AI experience is required.
