Job Title - Engineering Lead (.Net)
Experience - 10 years
Roles & Responsibility

Strong Communication skills & High level of ownership as directly interacting with client business, end-users & PM.
Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
Ability to lead by example, inspires the team to perform at a very high level, and collaborates well across different teams.
Ensure all code developed conforms to the Software Development Life Cycle SOP and Coding Standards.
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

Skills Required:

Proficient in C# and SQL Server (T-SQL)
Good Communication & Client Interactive Skills
Ready to work in Shift (11:30 AM IST to 08:30 PM IST)
Excellent in profiling, debugging tools, architectural and code review.
Strong Technical, Analytical Skills
Strong interpersonal and talent management skills.
