Engineering Lead Analyst

As an Engineering Lead Analyst at the company, your role will involve leading various engineering activities such as designing, acquiring, and deploying hardware, software, and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. Your primary objective will be to ensure that quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, providing direction for firm mandated controls, compliance initiatives, and creating a technology domain roadmap - Ensure that all integrated functions align with business goals - Define necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements - Recommend product customization for system integration - Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes - Advise or mentor junior team members - Influence decisions within the engineering function by providing advice, counsel, or facilitating services - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment - Project Management experience - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, and benchmarking activities - Demonstrated analytic and diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with virtual teams - Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership of project components - Capability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Please note that the job falls under the Technology job family group and Systems & Engineering job family.
