Engineering Lead Analyst

Role Overview: As the Engineering Lead Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities, including the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your main objective will be to ensure that quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders - Provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives - Define necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process enhancements - Recommend product customization for system integration - Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes - Advise or mentor junior team members - Influence decisions in the engineering function through advice, counsel, or facilitating services - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions - Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Have comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting - Demonstrate analytic/diagnostic skills - Work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative - Work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Have a proven track record of operational process change and improvement Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role - Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment - Project Management experience - Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication - Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting - Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills - Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams - Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative - Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Proven track record of operational process change and improvement Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Note: The company is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to use search tools and/or apply for career opportunities.
