• Lead the engineering organization across backend, middleware, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Drive technical strategy for new initiatives, including HRTech platform modernization, AI/ML integration, and GenAI-powered features.
• Collaborate with product, business, and Digitide teams to align technology with business goals.
• Oversee system design, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, ensuring continuous growth and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure robust DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices (Azure).
• Establish governance for API, integration frameworks, and middleware services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, microservices, event-driven systems) for applicability.
• Drive vendor engagement and manage technology partnerships effectively.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead distributed, cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
• Strong architecture, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align business and technology stakeholders.
