Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of CommunicationsJob Description �Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for access planning operations which includes: Responsibilities �Participate in weekly reviews with CFT. �Provide inputs to supervisor about recurring issues, suggest remedial actions and delivery mechanisms. �Assist with conducting the periodic audits of processes and metrics & pending action items. �Implement optimization initiatives as per inputs & guidelines provided by supervisor. �Periodically update pricing and on net building lists in the internal pricing tool for offnet access �Maintain accurate data in the access Portal , SLAs, delivery and assurance escalation contacts, supplier network coverage). �Track compliance of suppliers to agreed service levels. Desired Skill sets �Good understanding of access related technologies � Resolve feasibility issue related to OSP Capex / PROW/ � Optimized Last Mile solution to enable new revenue.
