Sangir Plastics Pvt Ltd, established in 1982, is a premier manufacturer of thermoplastic piping, sheets, and roto-molded solutions in HDPE, PP/PPH, Corzan CPVC, Kynar PVDF, and PVC. Serving applications across various industries including nuclear, chemical, and water management, Sangir exports products to over 35 countries and has over 1500 loyal customers. The company is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified, producing internationally accepted products as per ISO, ASTM, DIN, ASNZ, JIS, and IS standards. Sangir employs multiple manufacturing techniques such as extrusion, injection molding, and roto-molding to meet customer-specific requirements.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer, located in Pardi. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes, ensuring product quality and adherence to international standards. Daily tasks include monitoring production lines, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with the fabrication department, and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the Engineer will be involved in research and development to innovate and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of production techniques in extrusion, injection molding, and roto-molding
Experience with quality control processes and international production standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, etc.)
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues within manufacturing environments
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments
Experience in research and development within the plastics or manufacturing industry
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Relevant certifications are a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
