Engineer Proposal & Marketing Technical Support

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, your primary responsibilities will include receiving customer inquiries, evaluating specifications, analyzing requirements, and providing solutions to address customer challenges. You will engage in technical discussions with internal teams and customers as needed, manage the creation of competitive proposals, and optimize solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting proposals in alignment with requirements, managing Opportunity Management Systems, and supporting order booking and processing. Your role will also involve attending kick-off meetings, coordinating with various teams, and undertaking internal sales activities to negotiate with customers and achieve deal closures. Key Responsibilities: - Receive customer inquiries, evaluate specifications, and analyze requirements to provide appropriate solutions - Conduct technical discussions with internal teams and customers - Create competitive proposals and optimize solutions - Submit proposals/offers in accordance with requirements - Manage Opportunity Management Systems and provide inputs to sales team - Support order booking, order processing, and file handover to commercial or project team - Arrange and attend kick-off meetings with various teams for job handover - Prepare documents as per internal processes for execution - Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and provide regular reviews and reports - Undertake internal sales activities, negotiate with customers, and facilitate deal closures - Prepare monthly information systems - Demonstrate knowledge of various industrial heating products and applications - Possess proficiency in computers, office tools, and AutoCAD - Understand international codes and standards related to the heating equipment industry Qualifications Required: - Female candidate with 1-3 years of experience in proposal engineering, marketing technical support, or internal sales - BE or B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Please note that the salary for this position will be commensurate with your experience and competence.,
