Engineer Proposal & Marketing Technical Support

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Receiving customer enquiries, evaluating specifications, performing requirement analysis, understanding customer challenges, processing requirements, and providing solutions. - Undertaking technical discussions as and when required with both internal teams and customers. - Managing the creation of competitive and cost-effective proposals, optimizing solutions. - Submitting proposals/offers in accordance with the requirements. - Managing Opportunity Management Systems and providing inputs to the Sales team or taking self-actions for internal sales. - Handling order booking, order processing support, and filing handover to the commercial team or Project team as per the nature of the order. - Arranging and attending kick-off meetings with project, Quality, Production, and Engineering teams for proper job handover, including explanation of techno-commercial terms. - Preparation of documents as per internal processes for execution. - Coordinating and following up with customers, internal teams, conducting reviews, and reporting. - Undertaking and executing Internal/Inside sales, negotiating with regular and repeat customers, and closing deals. - Preparation of Monthly Information Systems. - Having knowledge of various industrial heating products and applications. - Proficiency in computers and expertise in office tools. - Knowledge of international codes and standards related to the heating equipment industry. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with competence in all kinds of equipment drawings and layout. Desired Candidate Profile: - Female candidate with 1-3 years of experience in proposal engineering/marketing Technical Support/Inside or Internal Sales. Qualification: - BE or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Please note that the salary for this position is commensurate with experience and competence.,
