Engineer- Project & Planning (Firefighting)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer – Projects & Planning (MEPF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, execution, and coordination of MEPF works in construction or infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking for MEPF works.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review MEPF drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and report project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Identify and resolve potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks in project execution.
• Support in tendering, estimation, and cost control related to MEPF scope.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for technical clarifications and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEPF projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
