Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer - Production Planning & Control (PPC) to join our team at our manufacturing unit in Vapi, Gujarat. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing the production processes, especially for new product lines like Geonet extrusion and non-woven lamination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Line Management:

o Assemble and initiate production for new Geonet extrusion lines and non-woven

lamination lines for new product launches.

o Operate and oversee production lines for Geogrid, including knitting and chemical

coating processes.

2. Machine Setup & Maintenance:

o Set up new machinery and ensure processes align with production requirements and

documentation standards.

o Identify necessary equipment and oversee change parts with production

maintenance.

3. Quality & Safety:

o Establish SOPs and quality standards to ensure high-quality product output.

o Ensure safety compliance for all new and existing products.

5. Process Improvement:

o Monitor internal testing results to drive continuous improvement.

o Design and implement cost-effective devices and process modifications to optimize

performance.

o Successfully develop and implement new products in alignment with market

demands.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 4 years of experience in production planning, maintenance, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pneumatic components, and fabrication.
• Strong understanding of SOP creation and quality standards in manufacturing.
