Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule daily production activities for fabrication and machine shops.
* Prepare and monitor production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate with fabrication, machining, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
* Track material availability and ensure timely issue of raw materials and consumables.
* Maintain and update production status reports and daily progress sheets.
* Follow up with the purchase and stores departments for material planning.
* Analyze production delays and suggest corrective actions to meet targets.
* Support management in capacity planning, productivity improvement, and process optimization.
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards during operations.
Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of production planning and control (PPC) processes.
* Familiarity with fabrication and machining operations.
* Ability to read and understand production drawings and job cards.
* Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / MIS reporting.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
* Team-handling and cross-department coordination capability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
