• Experience in with different standards of CPVC Pipes & Fittings for hot water application as per ASTM F 441, DIN 8077, IS 15778:2007

• Experience in

  with different Parallel Twin Screw Extruders like KET 90-25V, KET 90-22V, KET 68-28V, KET 65-25V, KET 65-18V, KET 52-22V, KET 50-18V & Windsor make machines like

  KTS170, KTS 250, KTS 350,KTS 550, KTS 700 Roll epal -75/28,

  Roll epal- 91/33 ( for UPVC ) Theysohn make TTS 108

  for UPVC pipe production from size 20mm to 400 mm.

• Daily production check up (production, output, wastage), Online and offline q.c. record checking and counter sample checking. Man power working activity or accountability.

• Production planning, belling planning, threading planning, grinder and pulverisor with slotting planning.

Stock recording (dispatch and production)

• Purchase of technical items only (quotation collection, negotiation, and finalization)

• Raw material and spare parts stock up-dating.

• Maintenance of plant and shop floor cleaning (Maintenance record making for MBD Policy)

• Third party inspection.
