Job Description

You will be joining GlobalLogic as a Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience, specializing in K2 management and business process automation. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and deploying business process automation solutions. - Configuring and troubleshooting K2 Identity Synchronization, Security Labels, Roles, and Claims-based Authentication. - Integrating K2 workflows with external systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, and enterprise CRM/ERP platforms. - Using tools like SmartObject Service Tester and K2 Management for testing, diagnostics, and configuration. - Monitoring and optimizing workflow performance, troubleshooting runtime and deployment issues. - Applying Fix Packs and Service Updates to maintain and upgrade K2 environments. - Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and post-deployment troubleshooting. - Collaborating with internal engineering and product teams on complex escalations. - Documenting resolutions and contributing to internal knowledge bases and customer-facing articles. - Communicating professionally with customers through email, ticketing systems, and remote support sessions. To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally supporting enterprise customers. - In-depth knowledge of Identity Synchronization, Roles, Security Labels, and Claims-based Authentication in K2. - A solid understanding of REST and SOAP integration techniques. - Experience working with Networking, Active Directory, and SQL Server. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. - The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency. - Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo). - Must be willing to work from the office and in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs). - Must be ready to join immediately.
