Description
As a Technical Support Engineer specializing in K2 Management and business process automation, your role at GlobalLogic will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: - Utilize your 3+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy business process automation solutions - Configure and troubleshoot K2 Identity Synchronization, Security Labels, Roles, and Claims-based Authentication - Integrate K2 workflows with external systems such as SharePoint, SQL Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, and enterprise CRM/ERP platforms - Monitor and optimize workflow performance, troubleshoot runtime and deployment issues - Apply Fix Packs and Service Updates to maintain and upgrade K2 environments - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and post-deployment troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams on complex escalations - Document resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and customer-facing articles - Communicate professionally with customers through email, ticketing systems, and remote support sessions Key Responsibilities: - 3+ years in a technical support role, ideally supporting enterprise customers - In-depth knowledge of Identity Synchronization, Roles, Security Labels, and Claims-based Authentication in K2 - Solid understanding of REST and SOAP integration techniques - Experience working with Networking, Active Directory, and SQL Server - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset - Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency - Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo) - Must be willing to work from the office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs) - Must be ready to join immediately Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree with Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo - Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts - Immediate availability for joining At GlobalLogic, you will find a culture of caring that prioritizes people first.
