Engineer - Product, Application & Sales Support

In this role at Xylem, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Product Selection: You will be involved in selecting the appropriate products to meet customer needs and requirements. - Product Pricing: Your duties will include determining the pricing strategies for various products offered by the company. - Margin & Discount Calculation: You will be tasked with calculating margins and discounts to ensure profitability while meeting customer expectations. - Review customer specifications and prepare comprehensive proposals: You will review customer requirements and create detailed proposals to address their needs effectively. - Provide customers and sales team with technical assistance and product information: You will offer technical support and product information to customers and the sales team to enhance their understanding and decision-making. - Review product specifications and provide proper compliance documentation: You will assess product specifications and ensure that all compliance documentation is in order. - Provide custom costing and prepare formal quotations following the delegation and authority procedures: Your role will involve creating custom cost estimates and formal quotations in adherence to company procedures. - Advise customers, including Key Accounts, and sales team, provide technical application and product training, and manage escalation calls: You will offer advice to customers and the sales team, deliver technical training, and handle escalation calls efficiently.
