Engineer - Product, Application & Sales Support

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in this position: - Product Selection. - Product Pricing. - Margin & Discount Calculation. - Reviewing customer specifications and preparing comprehensive proposals. - Providing technical assistance and product information to customers and the sales team. - Reviewing product specifications and providing proper compliance documentation. - Providing custom costing and preparing formal quotations following the delegation and authority procedures. - Advising customers, including Key Accounts, and the sales team. - Providing technical application and product training, and managing escalation calls.
