Interested candidates, kindly mail to enpcareers.hr@ril.com Main Purpose: To ensure the integrity, safety and seamless operation of the gas and water pipeline network in the RIL CBM Shahdol block by applying proactive maintenance practices, rigorous inspections and effective risk management strategies. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive risk-based integrity assessments for pipelines including gathering lines, trunklines, and headers. Develop, implement, and maintain Pipeline Integrity Management Plans (PIMPs) in compliance with OISD guidelines, OMR 2017, and RIL standards for HDPE and Carbon Steel pipelines. Identify and evaluate corrosion risks (internal and external), mechanical damage, and third-party interference threats. Oversee the implementation and performance of corrosion control measures, including cathodic protection (CP) systems, coating inspections, and pigging programs. Plan and coordinate inline inspections (ILI), Direct Assessments (DA), hydrotesting, and leak detection activities. Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe pipeline operations and isolation practices. Supervise critical activities such as hot tapping, stopple operations, pipeline tie-ins, and repair work. Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges such as pressure drops, flow restrictions, and leaks. Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation, including P&IDs, alignment sheets, pipeline databooks, and crossing records. Compile and submit integrity reports (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual) for internal and external stakeholders. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Proficiency in Pipesim software. Experience: Hands-on experience in oil & gas pipeline operations. Minimum 3 years of experience in the upstream (E&P), Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery industry.
