The design of Instrument Transformers has been refined and tested over several decades. All transformers meet IEC/IS and ANSI standards and have been type tested for seismic withstand, fast transient (multiple chopped impulse), and internal arc resilience. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer at Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd., located in Alwar. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and testing of products, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing practices. Qualifications Proficiency in engineering design and development Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with industry standards (IEC/IS and ANSI) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Alwar Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
