Responsible for deviation lifts development and Technical Contract Engineering.
Design Feasibility study for optimum performance and cost with ease of manufacturing and assembly. Concept development & Modelling of Elevator components. Design and development of non-standard firefighting elevators for Technical Contract Engineering. Creation of Field manual instruction (FMI) drawing for installation. Working on ERP tool called SYNCHRO according to the deviations. Creating CAD model based on customer requirement. Design and development of Glass paneled elevators. Working on codes like C006,C004 ,FN53 for deviations in Car operating panel (COP) Working on SPHC codes for non-standard deviations.
