Job Description For Sales Manager Profile Salary – 5 to 6 Lac per month Address – Sector 136 Noida Experience – 3 to 7 Years Minimum Qualification – B. Tech Mechanical Responsibility  Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on growth and market penetration.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and ensure client satisfaction.  Possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and their applications, providing technical support to sales teams and clients.  Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.  Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.  Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.  Manage the sales budget, ensuring that sales activities are aligned with financial goals.  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.  Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction.  Familiarity with HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.  Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
