Engineer - Mechanical Design

Role & responsibilities

1. Creation of 3D Modelling, manufacturing/ fabrication drawings, GD and T.

2.BOM Creation, Ballooning assembly drawing.

3.Providing Technical inputs and engineering support to stake holders.

4.Optimizing the existing process to complete project on time also economically.

5.Independently interact with clients about their requirements.

6.Co- ordinating with Spares, Service & installation team for on time quote/ BOM Release.

7.To create the Material Master/ Uploading of Standardization kit bill of material in SAP.

8.To maintain the documents and continuous monitoring on the ECO/ECR process.

9.Identify Root Cause Analysis to improve production efficiency

10.Maintain existing engineering records and designs

11.Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs

12.Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Proficiency in Solid works and AutoCAD Software.

2.Work Experience in ERP Software's /SAP.

3.Basic Knowledge in Drafting & modelling.

4.Ability to drawing reading & knowledge on structure design.

5.Effective Communication verbal, written and Presentation & Analytical skills.
