Engineer - Mechanical Design

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for performing mechanical strength design calculations for equipment and structures. You will utilize SolidWorks to create equipment models and AutoCAD to prepare drawings. Your role will involve reviewing and interpreting technical specifications provided by customers and engaging in discussions to analyze and resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for verifying designs and drawings before submission to the customer, planning and overseeing the progress of design activities, and traveling to customer sites for technical discussions and equipment installation supervision when necessary. To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on knowledge of MS Office, design experience in the sheet metal industry, and proficiency in both written and spoken English. Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking are essential for this position. Proficiency in the latest versions of SolidWorks and AutoCAD is required, along with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.,
