Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, plan, and implement cost-saving projects to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with the design team for new product validation and ensure timely product launches.
Develop and deploy safe, robust, and automated manufacturing processes for consistent output.
Provide prompt technical support to resolve production line issues and minimize downtime.
Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as BOMs, SOPs, work instructions, and PFMEA.
Conduct capacity planning and identify opportunities to improve RTY/FTY and overall yield.
Utilize statistical tools to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support project planning, tracking, and execution for various engineering and process initiatives.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and best practices across operations.
