About the Role

• Design, review, and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Perform technical calculations, sizing, and material selection based on project requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.

2. Site Engineering

• Supervise daily on-site activities ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project progress.

3. Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BOQs, reports, checklists, SOPs, and drawings.
• Ensure accurate recording of site activities, material usage, deviations, and approvals.
• Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and engineering change control.

4. Validation

• Support validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure equipment/system compliance.
• Conduct testing, data collection, and review results to verify system performance.
• Prepare validation reports and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to validation procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Electronics and communications engineering candidates can also apply.
• We are open for Freshers and Maximum 2 years of experience in mechanical/site engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with documentation standards (SOPs, checklists, validation protocols).
• Good understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ and validation processes (especially in pharma/ manufacturing).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
