The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical systems, site supervision, and strong knowledge of engineering standards and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Mechanical Engineering Design, review, and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project plans. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Perform technical calculations, sizing, and material selection based on project requirements. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions. 2. Site Engineering Supervise daily on-site activities ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems. Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project progress. 3. Documentation Prepare and maintain project documentation including BOQs, reports, checklists, SOPs, and drawings. Ensure accurate recording of site activities, material usage, deviations, and approvals. Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and engineering change control. 4. Validation Support validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure equipment/system compliance. Conduct testing, data collection, and review results to verify system performance. Prepare validation reports and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to validation procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, Electronics and communications engineering candidates can also apply. We are open for Freshers and Maximum 2 years of experience in mechanical/site engineering or similar roles. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineering practices. Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, and commissioning. Familiarity with documentation standards (SOPs, checklists, validation protocols). Good understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ and validation processes (especially in pharma/ manufacturing). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation tools.
