About ActionSync:

ActionSync is building a unified Enterprise Search solution that connects data across various SaaS applications. While LLMs are powerful, they’re only as good as the context they’re provided. Our technology retrieves the most relevant information from diverse sources and delivers the right context to LLMs—unlocking their true potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and testing AI agents for enterprise search.
• Support the development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications using Langchain and Langgraph.
• Help integrate and deploy AI services on cloud infrastructure.
• Work with APIs and asynchronous request handling to connect multiple SaaS tools.
• Contribute to improving LLM performance through testing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the team to design efficient search mechanisms and workflows.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, enterprise search, and cloud deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to Langchain or Langgraph.
• Experience with RAG applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise search or information retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
