Job Description

We're Hiring: XR Studio Engineer Trainee (3D Modeling & Graphics Design) (Paid)

We're looking for a creative and technically sound trainee to join our XR Studio team. This is not just a production role, but also involves mentoring students and contributing to our educational mission.

Role: XR Studio Engineer Trainee – 3D & Graphics Track

You Will:

Design and model 3D assets (props, environments, characters) for AR/VR/XR applications
Create UI assets, textures, and visual elements using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
Assist in building interactive and immersive scenes with Unity/Unreal Engine (optional)
Train and guide students in 3D modeling and graphics design as part of our XR learning programs

Requirements:

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, or similar)
Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
Good portfolio with 3D assets and/or graphic design work
Willingness to train, mentor, and support students
Bonus if you know: Unity, Substance Painter, UI/UX design, or AR/VR workflow

Who Can Apply:

Freshers, recent graduates in Design / Animation / Engineering / Creative Media
Passionate about AR/VR, design education, and visual storytelling
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and teach
