Engineer Intern

As an Engineer Intern at Fastcurve, you will be part of a dynamic team working on the Career AI Platform, a cutting-edge solution that revolutionizes the job market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and optimization of modern, scalable web applications and APIs using technologies like React, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, Python, and PostgreSQL. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to build and maintain frontend components using React and Tailwind CSS, while also working on backend APIs using FastAPI and Python. Your role will involve database design, queries, and optimizations using PostgreSQL, ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews, testing, and debugging. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to research and integrate AI-driven components into the platform, enhancing its capabilities and staying at the forefront of innovation. Your problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and eagerness to learn will be key assets in this role. While basic to intermediate knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, Python, and PostgreSQL is required, familiarity with REST APIs, web application architecture, and version control workflows will be beneficial. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms like AWS, and deployment CI/CD processes is a plus.
