Engineer I V&V

As a Verification and Validation Engineer I at ideaForge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance for our advanced drone systems. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will lead the verification and validation efforts, ensuring our products meet or exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Verification and Validation (VnV) strategies for drone systems.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks utilizing industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of product requirements, creating exhaustive test cases and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with design specifications.
• Investigate and report defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Lead the compliance efforts with international and Indian standards governing drone systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications or specialized training in Verification and Validation is a plus.

2. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Verification and Validation within the aerospace or drone industry.

3. Proficiency in Python, C++, and Java for test automation.

4. Expertise in drone avionics, control systems, and navigational technologies.

5. In-depth understanding of international and Indian standards governing drone systems.

6. Proven experience in leading compliance efforts with industry-specific standards and regulatory bodies.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong analytical abilities.

8. Effective communication and leadership capabilities.

9. Attention to detail and commitment to quality in design and documentation.
