Monitor and maintain the performance of end-user technology systems, including hardware, software, and network components.Respond to and resolve operational issues related to end-user technology, ensuring minimal disruption to users.Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user technology solutions.Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure technology systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.Document operational procedures, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve operational challenges and improve technology operations.Participate in planning and execution of technology upgrades and enhancements.
