Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, hazard analysis, and incident investigations to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
Prepare HSE documentation including safety training programs, work permit systems, emergency response plans, MIS reports, and fire safety protocols.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations related to environment health & safety (EHS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with EHS standards during project execution.
Provide technical guidance on HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in Health Safety Environment (HSE) role with expertise in accident investigation, risk identification, risk assessment, safety audit, hazard analysis etc. .
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Environmental Science or related field; Master's degree preferred. .
Strong knowledge of Indian statutory requirements for EHS such as Factories Act 1948 etc. .
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel Word PowerPoint.
