Job Description

SCCM Administration Support: Administer and support SCCM infrastructure, ensuring proper configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SCCM servers Perform regular SCCM health checks and troubleshooting to ensure the environment is operating at optimal levels Manage SCCM client installation, health, and troubleshooting, including client communication and log analysis Operating System Deployment (OSD):Develop and maintain OSD Task Sequences to deploy operating systems across the enterprise Create and manage custom Windows OS images, including driver injection, updates, and configurations Integrate user data migration (USMT) and automate the deployment of software and drivers during the OSD process Handle the creation and maintenance of dynamic variable-based Task Sequences for multi-environment deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements for OSD, such as hardware compatibility and user preferences Application Deployment Software Management:
