Job Description

As a Field Services Support Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide support to an organization's IT systems to help them meet their business goals. This involves ensuring that all computers and networks operate efficiently with high uptime. Your role as a desktop engineer will require you to assemble and install client desktop computers and assist end-users in securing their hardware. You will also be responsible for hands-on support for various IT support teams, performing activities related to periodic maintenance and handling individual system hardware, software, and network queries. Your daily technical support activities will include updating support tickets with progress, setting up and testing desktop computer peripherals, and adhering to organizational policies when making system changes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to organizations' IT systems to ensure high uptime and efficiency - Assemble and install client desktop computers - Assist end-users in securing their hardware - Hands-on support for IT maintenance and network queries - Update support tickets and perform system changes according to policies - Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting and maintain technical documentation Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Certification in Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also support and perform activities related to: - Exchange and Mobility Clients - Printer management - Backup and Recovery - Audio, Video support - End Point Security/Patch Management - Hardware and Networking This position is located in India, Gurugram.
