About The Role

We are looking for a motivated

Production Engineer

with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The role involves

assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and support for geotechnical instruments and sensors

, along with coordination across departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of data loggers, multiplexers, and various interfaces as per sales orders.Support procurement activities by identifying raw material requirements and addressing shortages.Provide testing and site-level support for accelerometers and other sensors.Ensure timely rectification of in-process faults and work to reduce rejections.Coordinate and follow up with inter-department teams for smooth operations.Manage in-house installations of geotechnical sensors for long-term testing.Provide site/customer support when required.

Key Deliverables

Successful assembly and installation of instruments and sensors as per project timelines.Reduction in process-related faults and rejections.Effective inter-department coordination to support smooth production flow.Timely resolution of customer/site issues.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related field).Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in production/assembly/testing are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and instrumentation.Familiarity with sensors, accelerometers, or geotechnical instruments (preferred).Understanding of assembly and troubleshooting processes.Hands-on experience with basic testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.) is a plus.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
