Responsible for the Complete Maintenance of all plant and Machinery Electrical safety for the plant.
* Draw up and Implement the preventive maintenance Schedule for the plant machinery and utilities.
* Track and take corrective action by maintaining machine history sheet and doing Failure analysis.
* Compute through life Cycle Analysis, Spare life,Stock and maintain.
* Draw up maintenance Outsource plan,Evaluate source and Implement.
* Implement autonomous maintenance.
* Draw up actions for maintainance prevention,Spares cost reduction and machine uptime improvement.
* Maintain and Improve machine capability (CMK) beyond 1.67.
* Ensuring continuous supply of power either from grid / third party.
* Maintenance of Utilities (ETP/STP/DG/Compressor/Cooling tower) attached to the plant
* Responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and liasioning with TANGEDCO * Adherence to ISO & EMS Procedures.
* Knowledge on CNC Controls and conventional testing machines.
*Safety Management for Machine shop, Assembly & Utilities (Safety Management Systems) * Implement of capex plans (ie) experience in installation of machines / cranes/ press & test rigs etc.
