Civil Site Engineer Project Type: Ground Mounted Solar PV Project

Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 Years

Location: Simodra, Surat, Gujarat.

Roles & Responsibilities: •

Execute and supervise all civil works for ground mounted solar projects, including pile foundations, RCC works, pedestals, and structure foundations.

• Supervise site layout, level marking, excavation, concreting, and grouting activities.

• Monitor daily activities of contractors and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.

• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site.

• Coordinate with vendors, and internal project teams.

• Plan and track material consumption and reconciliation with the help of Store Team.

• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.

• Identify civil-related issues and take corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure timely completion of civil works as per project schedule.

Qualification & Skills:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Ground Mounted Solar PV Projects (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of solar plant foundations and structural works.

• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.

• Experience in contractor and site execution management.

• Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices  

Position: Electrical Site Engineer Project Type: Ground Mounted Solar PV Project

Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 Years

Location: Simodra, Surat, Gujarat.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise all electrical works for ground mounted solar PV projects.

• Supervise installation of solar modules, DC stringing, DC & AC cabling, SCB, inverters, LT/HT panels, transformers, and related equipment.

• Strong Knowledge of WMS, SCADA Systems, RTU, and other related equipment.

• Ensure proper execution of earthing and lightning protection systems.

• Execute works as per approved electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts.

• Support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and site manpower to achieve project milestones.

• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site records.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.

• Identify electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with client, utility authorities, and internal teams as required.

Qualification & Skills: • B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Ground Mounted Solar PV Projects (mandatory).

• Strong hands-on knowledge of DC and AC systems in solar plants.

• Experience with inverters, transformers, protection systems, and commissioning activities.

• Good understanding of electrical safety, quality standards, and testing procedures.
