Noise, Vibration and Harshness Laboratory (NVH):

Designation: Engineer/Deputy Manager (NVH Testing) (01 – ARAI Regular)

Location: Kothrud

Work Experience: 3-6 Years

Candidates should have completed full time BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobiles) with relevant experience of 2 to 6 years and good communication skills.

Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description.

• Proven background in acoustics and vibration.
• Expertise in NVH measurement and data analysis using industry standard instrumentation and tools (e.g. Siemens Testlab, Bruel & Kjaer).
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret data, draw conclusions, determine next steps, report and present work.
• Expertise in Noise Source Identification, torsional vibration analysis, driveline NVH, experimental modal testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and address NVH issues effectively.
• Proven planning, organization and effective communication skills both oral and written at all levels of the business.
• Proficiency in managing NVH projects, including setting vehicle level targets, timelines, budgets and also ensuring the targets are met.
• Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to noise and emissions (Pass by Noise), and the ability to ensure compliance with these standards.
• Familiarity with relevant testing standards and protocols for noise and vibration measurement.

Experience / Skills:

1. 2-6 years’ experience
2. Experience of NVH Testing at Powertrain and Vehicle Level inside anechoic lab
3. Good communication skills.
