What you will do · Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts specifically for API-level testing. · Validate and verify complex Machine Learning applications, ensuring models and data pipelines perform accurately in production environments. · Conduct extensive testing on large-scale data engineering pipelines, including ETL processes, data warehousing solutions, and big data processing frameworks. · Identify, document, and track software defects, proactively working with developers and product teams for resolution. · Execute load and performance testing on APIs and data pipelines to ensure scalability and efficiency. · Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, software developers, and product teams to define comprehensive test strategies. · Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You are a successful candidate if you have · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields. · 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing, especially focused on API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar. · Experience working with automation frameworks like Cucumber/Karate for API automation and selenium/cypress for web automation · Demonstrable experience testing Machine Learning applications, including model validation, accuracy assessments, and production-readiness. · Proven expertise in testing large-scale data engineering pipelines involving technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, AWS EMR, Kafka, or similar. · Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript. · Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. · Effective communication skills and the ability to clearly document test cases, defects, and technical findings.
