Job Description: Engagement Manager - CEO Office

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our CEO's office. The primary responsibility of this role is to research profiles of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), and generate meetings as per the CEO's requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and proficiency in LinkedIn research and connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Profile Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research on HNIs, UHNIs, and NRIs to understand their backgrounds, interests, and investment preferences.

Analyze profiles to identify potential leads and opportunities for engagement.

Meeting Generation:

Generate meetings with targeted individuals as per the CEO's requirements, leveraging insights from research and analysis.

Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics, ensuring alignment with the CEO's calendar.

LinkedIn Research and Connection Building:

Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks for research purposes and to establish connections with key individuals.

Leverage LinkedIn for networking and lead generation activities.

Calendar Management:

Maintain and manage the CEO's Google Calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.

Follow-ups and Communication:

Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to confirm meeting schedules and ensure smooth coordination.

Draft professional and effective emails for communication with clients and prospects.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Engagement or Business Development Executive (BDE) role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with high-profile individuals.

Proficiency in LinkedIn research techniques and connections, with a track record of successful lead generation.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in calendar management and scheduling.

Proven ability to draft professional emails and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹438,217.66 - ₹600,000.00 per year
