End User Support Specialist

Role Overview: As a Senior End User Computing Specialist at Telus Digital in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to internal and external clients, administration staff, and other EUC specialists. Your role involves assisting with additional hardware and software requirements, ensuring that systems are functioning according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to both operations and staff, focusing on continuous improvement in established processes - Ensure the availability of computing resources for the organization - Support various technological platforms (hardware, software), implement security policies, ensure connectivity systems, patching, and monitor best practices implementation - Assist in projects and contribute to the development and operation of accounts - Provide both physical and remote support - Maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries, adhering to service management principles - Take ownership of user problems and proactively address user issues - Respond to internal client inquiries and help resolve hardware or software problems - Support users in computer equipment usage by providing necessary training and advice - Perform changes on distribution lists and organizational units within G Suite - Complete updates, patches, and software deployments - Execute VLAN changes - Act as the primary point of contact for any IT-related activities at the site or sites under your scope - Maintain adequate IT asset management controls for assets under your responsibility Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in providing technical support to end-users - Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems - Familiarity with implementing security policies and best practices - Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients and users - Experience in IT asset management is preferred - Flexibility to work in a rotational flexible shift, including night shifts Please note that the above description pertains to the Senior End User Computing Specialist position at Telus Digital in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.,
