The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical End-User Support Lead with strong hands-on expertise in managing enterprise end-user environments. The ideal candidate will lead end-user support operations, resolve escalated technical issues, and act as the SPOC for UIDAI. They will coordinate with OEMs and vendors to ensure quick issue resolution and smooth asset deployments. The role requires deep troubleshooting skills across OS, hardware, and basic networking.

Responsibilities:

? Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for UIDAI for all end-user issues across both as-is and to-be state infrastructure.

? Coordinate with UIDAI to ensure site readiness for asset deployment.

? Coordinate all MSIP activities related to procurement, supply, deployment, build, configuration, and commissioning of to-be state infrastructure.

? Work with OEMs as the primary escalation point to resolve issues and ensure minimal downtime.

? Ensure timely renewals of AMCs, licenses, and subscriptions for all MSIP-supplied assets in CIDR.

Must-Have Qualifications:

? BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MSc/MCA or equivalent qualification.

? Minimum 7 years of experience in end-user support with proven ability to lead and manage support teams.

? Experience in transitioning and improving existing end-user operations, including escalation handling and stakeholder coordination.

? Expertise in OS troubleshooting, patching, hardening, email/domain/AV management, and end-user device support (desktops, laptops, printers, MFPs, VC).

? Hands-on hardware and basic networking expertise, including routing, switching, and end-user connectivity troubleshooting.

? Experience coordinating with OEMs/vendors, managing AMC/license renewals, and ensuring site readiness for deployment and asset lifecycle activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience working with Government/PSU/large-scale infrastructure projects.

? Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+ / N+.

? Exposure to large enterprise environments with distributed end-user support.

? Experience in compliance frameworks and security hardening best practices.

? Ability to drive process improvements and operational transformation initiatives.
