Location: Bangalore Work from office only. Job time: Rotational shifts and weekly rotational shift Job Description for Desktop Support (Systems Engineer or Senior Systems Engineer). Experience min 4 years in End user Support. Graduation or Min 3 year Diploma is mandatory to apply for the role. Company Transportation provided within Bangalore (as per companys transportation boundaries) Technical 1. Good knowledge of computer hardware & peripherals. 2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 3. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software (UEFI & remote) 4. Patching of operating systems & DLP troubleshooting 5. Antivirus installation and troubleshooting 6. Basic Troubleshooting networking and connection issues (DHCP / DNS) 7. Good verbal & written communication skills 8. Knowledge of imaging and creation of Golden master images. 9. Basic Troubleshooting Windows domain networking 10. Basic troubleshooting of printers & media players (scala /xibo) 11.
