Lead, mentor, and manage the EUC support team
• Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of end-user devices and software. • Lead rollouts of upgrades, patches, security tools, and new EUC technologies. • Ensure devices and user endpoints comply with security policies • Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, translating technical issues into user-friendly communication. • Gather feedback from end users to improve tools and services • Manage the day-to-day incidents and service requests resolving them promptly utilizing the ITSM tool of record • Having Experience in O365 and Intune L2 Administration • Troubleshoot MDM, Conditional Access related issues • Experience in Handling mailbox access, license allocation, and group membership related issues • Experience in troubleshooting Teams and SharePoint related issues • Knowledge in managing Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange Admin Centre, Teams Admin Centre, and Azure AD Portal for troubleshooting and changes
