Employee Relations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Retail Business objectives and the Staff related challenges and create strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will act as the main point of contact for our Staffs and Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business. Engage & work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation, and Employee Relations. You will operate independently and ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Additionally, you will train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices for the team. Directly interact with the store staffs and implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies. Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Exit Process. Coach the individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities. Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organization. Should be able to travel across the country. Qualifications: - 3-6 years" of retail relationship experience. Preferably from Large format Business. - Ability to manage big teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Should be able to converse in Hindi and English.,
