- Employee Engagement & Experiences
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end engagement activities including fun Fridays, festive celebrations, learning workshops, wellness sessions, and immersive experiences.
- Curate unique, PR-worthy initiatives such as mural art installations, community drives, and creative team-building events that combine brand storytelling with engaging experiences.
- Handle vendor management, budgeting, and cross-departmental coordination for seamless event execution.
- Build internal communities and special-interest groups (e.g., women leadership circles, creative clubs, hobby groups) that foster collaboration and authentic connection.
- Act as a trusted listener and culture ambassador, helping surface employee sentiments and enhance workplace positivity.
- Partner with HR to design meaningful Rewards & Recognition programs that celebrate creativity, contributions, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to strengthen employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Strategically improve employer reputation and enhance employee review ratings through authentic storytelling and culture amplification.
- Create memorable internal campaigns and shareable culture moments that elevate workplace visibility online and offline.
- Lead birthday, milestone, and achievement celebrations, ensuring every employee feels valued.
- Organize team-bonding experiences across departments—from creative workshops to outdoor activities.
- Serve as a communication bridge between employees and leadership, sharing real-time insights on engagement, morale, and culture.
- Nurture a culture of pride, inclusivity, and belonging, positioning the organization as a sought-after workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, event management, or people & culture roles.
- Highly creative individual with a strong design and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Empathetic, energetic, and enthusiastic about building joyful work experiences.
- Bonus: Experience in social media, creative industries, or event planning.
