Shift : General

This role is suited for HR professionals with 5–9 years of experience in strategic people initiatives, employee engagement, organisational development, and culture-building interventions.This is an IC role

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic employee engagement and experience initiatives.
Drive wellbeing programs across mental, physical, and social dimensions.
Design and execute culture, OD and lifecycle-based interventions.
Partner with leadership on performance, talent and workforce planning inputs.
Manage engagement for an employee base of approx. 400–600 employees.
Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and effective communication across levels.

What We’re Looking For

5–9 years of experience in employee engagement / experience / OD / culture strategy.
Demonstrated ability to design frameworks and deliver measurable interventions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
